Hello and welcome to our new family blog! I am so excited to be starting the next chapter in our family story. We have been down in the valley and up to the mountain tops this last year! So excited to be moving forward and sharing it all with you. This blog will be a place for me to share what's going on with our family, big news and small, bumps and bruises and all the milestones in between. Occasionally Papa Mishler (my hubby) will make an appearance on here as well. I will be setting up a page for him in the future. Thank you so much to everyone who followed me on Ethan's blog and I hope you will continue to come back and check on all the family adventures as we embark on this new journey of parenthood!

It's been a long time!

Hello there! It has been such a long time since I've written...anything!  So forgive me for my very long absence, life kind of has a tendency to get in the way.  I really enjoy the process and taking the time to sit down and get my thoughts and feelings down on paper is really an important tool for me, both as a Mom and just as a human being in general. So my goal is to try and write more often on here. My topics will be family oriented most of the time since that is what I spend the majority of my time doing but once in a while I will try to have something profound to share with you all. Surgery

At 8.5 months Isaac finally had his Hypospadias surgery! He handled it like a champ and is recovering now at home. It was much scarier for his Mommy and Daddy! We are so thankful and blessed that everything went smoothly and the pediatric urologist was very pleased with the results. We go back for his post op apointment this Thursday the 15th to remove his bandage and receive instruction on how to clean etc until he is all healed up! Thanks to everyone for your positive thoughts and prayers. Here are some pics from the day.
